Shipping policy

 

We dispatch all orders daily made by 2pm. Our chosen postage partner is Australia Post, as we found them to be the most reliable and trusted. 

A flat rate of $12.00 will be charged for orders within Australia. Shipping will be free for orders over $170. Please allow 2-10 working days to receive your package. Note that metro areas tend to receive their packages fastest.

Tracking will be sent to the email address provided by you at checkout.

We strongly  advise you make sure that your order is shipping to a secure location, as once a package has been delivered to the confirmed location, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. Australia Post will need to be contacted directly, as once the parcel is shipped, it is out of our control. 

Any delays beyond our delivery times could be a carrier issue and Chilli & Charli does not accept responsibility for delays of this kind. Please contact Australia Post directly as once the parcel is shipped delivery times are out of our control.
